How to Qualify for Peel Senior Link's personal care and home-making services?

Seniors who are currently receiving services from the Community Care Access Centre may qualify for Peel Senior Link's Supports for Daily Living (SDL) services. >> [more]

Position: Supports for Daily Living System Manager

This position manages the information, referral and assessment processes from the hospitals, MH CCAC and LTC Homes to the Supports for Daily Living (SDL) Network. Manages the designated data gathering, analysis and reporting for the SDL Network, in Mississauga Halton LHIN. Promotes and markets the SDL Network services to system partners and to the public.
